Land development loans are available for property acquisition as well as the funding of infrastructure. Loans are available for the construction and renovation costs associated with residential, commercial, or investment properties.

Rates can be fixed or variable on multiple advances with monthly interest payments and principal reductions through sales or permanent end financing.

Financial Information:

  • Federal tax returns and all supporting schedules for the last two or three years and/or
  • Year-end financial statements for the last two or three years
  • Interim financial statements, if available
  • Annual budgets or yearly projections, if completed.
  • Current personal financial statement from each owner/shareholder
  • Most recent year income tax returns from each owner/shareholder
