As non-essential businesses have started to re-open, SCCU staff are working diligently on a plan to re-open our lobbies in a safe manner. As we move forward, we want you to know that prioritizing the health and safety of our members is at the top of our list of priorities.
DETAILS ON PHASE ONE:
First and foremost, for best social distancing practices, we strongly encourage you to utilize our digital banking services as much as possible. Click here to log in to online banking. Click here to sign up for online banking. Click here to open and account or apply for a loan. These services are great for many tools such as:
- Checking balances and transactions
- Transferring funds
- Depositing checks
- Re-ordering checks
- Paying bills
- Pay and get paid with Popmoney
Our drive-thrus and ATMs will continue to stay OPEN and this is your next best option for completing transactions in a safe and distanced manner.
Starting Tuesday, June 2, we will begin to open our lobbies up for appointments only. Here are some changes you may see in order to keep our staff and members healthy and safe:
- Members and staff are required to wear masks
- Plexiglass barriers at teller stations/in-person meeting offices
- Hand sanitizing stations and more frequent cleaning of all surfaces according to CDC's the guidelines
- Social distancing of six feet or more
Members are welcome to schedule appointments for business that can only be conducted in person. Some examples of these services include:
- Safety deposit access
- Opening up a minor's account
- Adding a joint owner to an account
- Members with no access to our digital channels
One thing to note. Also starting Monday, June 1, due to COVID-19 our Tower Avenue branch will be temporarily changing its hours of operations:
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.
- Saturday: 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
- Lobby appointments: 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

For members who are diagnosed with COVID-19 or are exhibiting symptoms, we are asking you to please refrain from visiting our branches to prevent infecting other members or staff.
