From all of us at Superior Choice Credit Union, we would like to say thank you for sticking with us through these uncertain times. As an essential business, SCCU has remained open via our drive-ups and digital banking channels during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, as non-essential businesses are starting to re-open their doors, SCCU is taking proper action to ensure the health and safety of our staff and members is a top priority.
 
DETAILS ON RE-OPENING OUR LOBBIES:
 
Starting June 8, 2020, our branch lobbies will be officially re-opening. Although appointments are still necessary to see a Financial Specialist, our teller lines will be open for all transactions.
 
First and foremost, for best social distancing practices, we strongly encourage you to utilize our digital banking services as much as possible. Click here to log in to online banking.Click here to sign up for online banking. Click here to open an account or apply for a loan. These services are great and allow you to fulfill your banking needs right from your home. These convenient and easy to use options include:
  • Checking balances and transactions
  • Transferring funds
  • Depositing checks
  • Re-ordering checks
  • Paying bills
  • Pay and get paid with Popmoney
 
Our drive-ups and ATMs will continue to stay OPEN and this is your next best option for completing transactions in a safe and distanced manner.
 
With our lobbies re-opening we want to make sure HEALTH AND SAFETY always come first. Here are some changes you may see in order to adhere to proper local and state guidelines:
  • Staff will be wearing masks and it is encouraged that members do as well
  • Plexiglass barriers at teller stations/in-person meeting offices
  • Hand sanitizing stations and more frequent cleaning of all surfaces according to the CDC's guidelines
  • Social distancing of six feet or more - markers will be placed on the floor at branches for teller lines

One thing to note. Also, beginning June 8, SCCU branches will go back to standard hours of operation.  Click here to view a full list of hours at all locations. At this time, our Holcombe and Sheldon branches will stay drive-up only, and the Tower Avenue branch lobby will stay temporarily closed on Saturday's (Financial Specialist appointments still available upon request).
 
Reminder: For the safety of our team and our members, it is recommended that you wear a mask or face covering at all times while visiting a branch. For members who are diagnosed with COVID-19 or are exhibiting symptoms, we are asking you to please refrain from visiting our branches.
 
We look forward to being able to serve you in our lobbies again (although a little differently) and giving you a warm welcome (from a distance). From all of us at SCCU we want to say THANK YOU for trusting us, and we look forward to seeing you, once again.
